Founded in 2011, we believe that a tailored service is what every one of our clients needs, from private individuals to larger businesses. We provide consultancy, installation and support services for your home and business to create reliable and hassle free solutions.

We use tried and tested technology products and services to deliver fit for purpose solutions. These are autonomously remotely monitored to ensure they continue to perform at its optimum, with issues being proactively addressed by our inhouse team.

Jon Bennell

Jon studied Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Kent before joining Ideaworks, Europe’s largest home systems integration company. There he established and expanded their IT department to support both the growing business over multiple sites (both local and international) and bespoke client projects, including super yachts. 

In 2009, Jon founded Bennell IT, later to become Polaris Networks. With almost two decades of experience in the IT industry, Jon has worked for many high-profile and multinational clients including business leaders, Members of Parliament & Peers. He has become experienced in delivering great service in many challenging environments, whilst maintaining clear and personal communication. Jon has designed, installed and maintained secure reliable IT networks in many diverse and challenging locations from large country estates and international properties to commercial ships and super yachts, and from local enterprise to multinational retailers.

Tony Cain
Support Technician

Tony has been with Polaris Networks since 2014, making himself indispensable.

He spent almost a decade managing venues and training staff in the hospitality industry. Customer care excellence was always at the heart of what he does and this ethos is reflected when training new members of staff who are taken under his wing.

He enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together again to gain a real understanding of how things work.

He continued to develop his interest in IT whilst volunteering for a local charity, providing computer support for the elderly and disabled, that he continues to this day.
